1 General Provisions

ave444 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ave444 and its users. Using the ave444 platform means accepting every clause of these Terms.

These terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If any clause is found to be unenforceable in any respect, the remaining terms will continue in full effect.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The ave444 website and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" — A person who has opened an account on ave444 and is using the services.
• "Wallet" — The financial balance in a user's account.

2 Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account on ave444:

• Each individual may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is a violation of the terms.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete and up to date.
• The user must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• An account may not be opened in the name of a third party.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

ave444 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Any of the following documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal request:

• National Identity Card (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.)

2.2 Updating Information

If any account information changes (phone number, payment method), the user must notify ave444 support immediately. The user is solely responsible for any issues arising from false or outdated information.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

Use of the ave444 platform is permitted only for those aged 21 or above. At the time of registration, the user must confirm that they are at least 21 years old.

• It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that their minor children cannot access this platform.
• ave444 keeps age verification procedures in place to protect minors.
• The platform may not be used from countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited.

4 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. The following guidelines must be followed:

• Passwords must be strong, unique and kept confidential.
• Login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, support must be notified immediately.
• Avoid logging in from public Wi-Fi or shared devices.

4.1 Account Access

The user is responsible for all activity carried out using their login credentials. ave444 reserves the right to temporarily lock any account if a security concern arises.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply when making deposits on ave444:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made only from the user's own account — third-party payments are not accepted.
• A successful deposit is generally reflected in the wallet within a few minutes.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be completed using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw funds earned from bonuses.

5.3 Applicable Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not directly accepted.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 or more → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

To make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal, bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount must be completed (25x wagering). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple accounts from the same person or household may not claim bonuses.
• ave444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be terminated.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

ave444 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. Bets accepted due to technical errors or incorrect odds may be cancelled.

7.2 Fair Play Policy

ave444 operates on the basis of fair play and equal opportunity. The outcome of all games is determined by verified random number technology (RNG). There is no possibility of manipulating the outcome of any game.

• Casino game results are fully automated and predetermined.
• ave444 reserves the right to change odds in sports betting.
• No guarantee is given for any specific outcome.

7.3 Technical Issues

If the internet connection is lost or a technical fault occurs during gameplay, the bet for that round will be settled according to the rules. ave444 is not responsible for issues with the user's device or connection.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ave444 platform and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Operating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (multi-accounting).
• Playing games using software, bots or automated methods.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Engaging in illegal coordination with other users (collusion).
• Operating an account with false identity or information.
• Depositing or withdrawing using third-party payment methods.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage the platform's reputation.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by ave444

ave444 may temporarily or permanently terminate a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of the terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Non-cooperation with the identity verification process.
• At the direction of a financial regulatory authority.

9.2 Closure by User

Any user can voluntarily close their account by contacting support. Any valid balance remaining in the wallet can be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to wagering requirements being met).

10 Limitation of Liability

ave444 is not liable under any circumstances for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party service failures.
• The user's own login credentials being disclosed to others.
• Third-party fraud or cyberattacks outside the platform.
• Normal losses in gaming.
• Temporary unavailability during technical maintenance.

ave444 always strives to ensure uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical reasons and ave444 is not obligated to provide compensation for these.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ave444 gives the highest importance to protecting users' personal information. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.

• Personal information is used only for providing services and meeting legal obligations.
• Information is not sold to third parties.
• Industry-standard security practices are followed to protect user data.

12 Changes to Terms

ave444 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes where possible.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

• The date of the most recent update will be shown at the top of the terms.
